SBTI Managed Service Support Packages
Bronze
Our Bronze support package is for remote support and win-dows updates. What this means is that we will install a cli-ent on your machines that will allow us to remote your computers and if need be apply patches to them.
Silver
This package includes the Bronze package and we also add onsite support. This means that you pay nothing extra for us to come on site and work on the covered equipment.
Gold
Includes everything in the Silver package and we also will cover hardware failures (there are exceptions). This means in most cases you pay one fee and do not have to worry about anything else.
Platinum
This includes the Gold package and we will also include all equipment. This means you pay us a monthly fee and we will provide the desktops and the servers with a rotation schedule for new machines.
